I think people wanted you to do it (myself included) was because both P-Money and Jaykae are both 'big' names in the UK and despite that, Pete & Bas bodied them on the track (and why they got much more air time). Pete & Bas did features with other rappers when they weren't as big/popular as a way to get into the scene (though one track they did they were - rather cruelly imo - cut from the track and it was published without them in it) so it's nice to see them become the main draw to a track. But yeah P-Money is pretty dope. Speaking of, Pete & Bas just dropped another track but it probably isn't your scene because it has a sort of dance beat to it. But it goes to show their versatility and range which I think is incredible for their age.

That clip that they published was not their official submission for keisha & becky, it was just something they made after it was released. that's why it was titled 'remix' it was more "look what you could've had" It wouldn't be professional to release rejected bars on Instagram , and would hinder future collaborations 😉

I just said that they were in a third track but got cut, I never mentioned their submission afterwards. Cut as in, not included, rather than originally included then got cut. Though I did see somebody say they DID submit were going to be included but record labels or somebody thought them included would make it not be taken 'seriously', hence my cruel comment.

DnB rapping is the oldest style of UK rap. It came from chat MC's and lead to UK garage and grime. The thing to understand about DnB rap is about hitting the bpm more than bars. These are club beats, not sure why you keep saying pop type beats. To be clear I don't think it's a particularly good dnb track or anything, just pointing to some facts. I mean it's understandable you don't get what DnB is about (saying it should be slower etc) because you didn't grow up with it but you should at least acknowledge this subgenre of UK rap has been around for a long long time so people do like it. If you want to get more of a feel for DnB rapping (you can't see anything from one tune anyway), watch the DnB fire in the booth.

i agree with everything besides the first part lol. uk rap is some of the most technical & metaphorical rap out here. take ghetts for example; there aren't many US artists that could touch the likes of ghetts with bars, flows, cadence & technicality. dave, akala, mic righteous, k koke, kano... they all punch hard enough with unique flows to leave the majority of the US rap scene looking like babies to the game. (not a drill guy myself, but) abra cadabra inspired one of the US's favourites & most memorable rappers of the past decade (pop smoke). then you have drake (canadian, i know) who loves to act & rap like a london roadman because of how much we push actual bars instead of BS mumble stuff. a reaction guy called stevie knight said it best - "i wish we could get the UK's hardest rappers & the US's hardest rappers to get together and have a bar-for-bar", kind of like the old lord of the mics dungeon clashes, but with a selected number of american vs british rappers. personally, i think this would be a great event. he even said he's jealous of how the UK pushes real artists with skills and amazing pen game, because america pushes Bs that f*cks up peoples heads. the UK is dominating this rap scene right now with bars, so much so that its hitting big american reaction channels and UK artists are starting to get collabs with good US rappers. says it all.

Been watching you guys for a minute. Feel like i can predict what youll like and dislike. Skip Pete & Bas new track called "Get Low". It really isn't your bag. I'm from the UK and even i'm not too much of a fan. I prefer their rap and grime stuff. This feels like they made a track people will hear on a night out. Higher tempo, basslines... From what the UK people tell me, this is supposed to just be about the "feel" of the music not so much lyrics, which I hope is true cause the lyrics here is TRASH.
