Green lawns , flowers , beautiful landscaping !Unlike a lot of mansions I see in Africa that are concrete jungles ! All trees and greenery have been removed and replaced with cement pavers!

This has very few amenities that one would expect at least a sauna, a swimming pool and hammam, a gym, a library /office, a jacuzzi and a water jet shower and a guest entertainment area- the lightings are very mundane and ordinary - the furniture very mediocre and the colour of the walls could have been way better
