Chris Haffey VOD B-Roll

Vibralux Denim is proud to present the fourth installment of our stand-alone VOD series. We were able to film with Chris Haffey in Los Angeles, Kansas City, Phoenix, Atlanta, Tucson, and Lawrence to bring you this full profile, his first since Regardless.
Initial split of the proceeds are 60% to the profiled skater, 20% to the filmed and editor, and 20% to the travel budget for the team video (up to $1,500 total) after costs (design, travel, music, etc.)

I like this more than other B-rolls not just because Haffey is a god but because there's no idiotic fights with passersby or take after take of raging because of a failed trick, just 18 minutes of epic tricks that didn't make the cut for the VOD, awesome

I have watched this so many times and the one thing that stands out to me the most is the genuine happiness you see when they pull something off, like it may seem like just a trick to some but at that time and place nothing in the world mattered to them more than skating! Also Chris Farmer coming in with the high five and hugs after every trick is truly heart warming! haha

Hands down the best there's ever been... Haffey, Farmer, Livingston, Shima, and Aragon, respectfully. You have to question, "Who's going to carry the torch following such an amazing group of rollers?" Somewhere out there is a kid crafting his skills and style, and I'll be greatly anticipating their entrance to the family; even if I can't skate anymore, I'll always be following the trends in our beloved sport. This clip is SO motivational, and it's nice to see their failures. It helps to teach us that despite what professional movie's/edits show (the best tricks/flows), they're not superhuman types that never miss tricks. It keeps me on the grind when I eat shit. My mantra: "Get up, dust yourself off, breath deeply, and visualize the move without fear." Happy skating y'all!

KEEP GOING HAFFEY. Vids like this are leading BLADING on a resurgence!! I have some razer cult 6's i skate but i wanna advance my skills. It think some Remz or aragons skates are in the future! Blading in the mid 2000's was held down by greed in the alternative sports world. But they couldnt hold back pregression and the love for the dicipline. I really think that blading is coming back in a sence that it was never gone, but now you can actually find new skates on ebay and things from Rollerwarehouse and Aggressive Mall. Availability of goods was kinda limited for a bit but idk. I SKATED THIS WEEK!!!! #SOULSKATERS

+Ocean Fin Who's side you on. Yeah greed. In their eyes it was one less discipline to put your $ into. The X games couldn't make money off it like they could from BMX and SK8board or MotoX. Not to mention the ridicule that the other ALT-sports were giving In-liners, people weren't skating in mass like the other sports. People could also skate the same blades for a long time and not need new ones as often. The Razors and USD's of the world weren't raking in the equipment sales like BMX and Board comp's were. Thus, I died off in a TELEVISED sense. BUT IT WAS NEVER DEAD.....JUST WAITING ITS TURN. #SOULSKATERS!
