Got these in july and just finished my first Half marathon in them. Still adapting to the run motion but I can tell its strengthening my back, hips(range of motion), legs, knees, calfs (wow), ankles (balance like crazy), feet (much more nimble in any shoe). the constant flat ground made my feet tighten up a little (still working on my stride) but I would just find gravel or street cracks to run on and it feels like a foot massage during my run. Absolute best decision I ever made for running. My last half marathon was 2009 then I did a full in 2010 and stopped running after that due to back, hip, and knee soreness. I ran my 2nd half marathon yesterday(9 years later) and I feel great today just signed up for another. Read the Book "Born to Run" twice in the passed 2 months it is so motivational hearing what the human body can do if pushed to be great.

I bought these shoes yesterday and im loving them. They slip in easy for me. My cousin is flat footed and they are the best shies hes worn ever he said but they do hurt his pinky toe. For me theres no problems and im quickly adapting to these shoes. I LOVE THESE SHOES!! lol

You have nerves EVERYWHERE, which is even more awesome! :D Neurons are something different if I remember correctly btw, those are only located in your brain and connect cells together, etc. they are what makes up the 'pattern of our brains'. You will 'rearrange' your neurons in your brain when running barefoot, since now you suddenly get lots more sensory input you previously didn't get.

I bought spryidon yesterday, and so far I'm loving it. I notices I'm using my feet differently than I am with my conventional shoes like I'm using the ball of foot more than my heel. It's looks ridiculous, but I think it's worth it.

@BlissfulMary im not sure, im in the uk. but the size i am in normal shoes as alot bigger than the coresponding vff size I purchased. because of the shape of my feet ive always had to by shoe that were to long and never had a pair that fitted me. my vff's on the other hand fit like a glove (no pun intended)

So i bought he Vibrams SeeYas as my first pair ever and they have such a thin sole, but working out with them feels amazing and running at first was a dick but it gets way better. I made the mistake of wearing the SeeYas on a rocky hike my feet were all safe, but the bottoms were all sore haha. I'm gonna buy the Komodos or the KSO's next. They're amazing shoes.

My third toe is as long as my first toe...actually my firsts three toes for that matter....and I can see that the form or shape of the five finger vibrant depicts a different foot (in shape) from mine....keeping this in mine...would this entail that certain feeth are not tomwear these Vibrants or are there other considerations to take into account before ruling out these shoes?

So I picked up one of these toe shoes on sale. The sales people measured me wrong and I have too big of a shoe. My pinky toe keeps slipping out of it's pocket. Anyone have any suggestions on how I can make them work? I cant return them. I did consider cutting some of the material out between the pinky toe and the next toe and just not have my pinky toes in the pockets. the rest of the toes fit fine.

Which model would you guys recommend for squatting or doing leg work out with weights?

best shoes in the world were them it does not take long to get used to it in a week or two you can do every thing in these shoes (I do parkour so know my feet) its not hard to put them on (trust me you will learn) also bye the closest size to you they usually have sizing converters if you are online. were these every day for every thing just were them walking around your feet will adapt. I were these shoes every day all day for everything I usually go barefoot when I can put if I am in a downtown area or if its cold or if I have to were shoes I will slap these shoes on. One more thing if you get the thicker one were socks because your feet will sweet just like if you were wearing regular shoes. BUY THEM AND WEAR THEM!

I love the fuck out of these. Wearing whatever the street running model was called right now and they're the best thing I've ever had on my feet. I hate shoes. Always have and i never wore shoes as a kid. Still barefoot as much as I can be but i really dont ever want to take these off. Really want one of the more normal looking models to wear everyday though cause the bright as fuck colors really draw unwanted attention.

I think pronouncing it veye-brum just sounds nicer. vee-brum ...just odd. That and considering it is an Italian company the pronunciation changes based on different cultures. I'm sure we pronounce pizza differently than the Italians. I have no idea why I committed so much time to this comment.....
