OK, I'm ready to move there! I can wait in line (16:00) for a steamer tray of pork buns for what? Three Yuan? Four? I love these markets, it's the perfect recreation for retired people I think. I would go there every day. I enjoy such videos, and much more where there is commentary, comparing prices and regional attitudes. When I look at these big markets, it looks like a holiday! It's always hard to believe it's just another day.

At 20:00 In the US, we can buy dry buckwheat noodles, usually a Japanese brand made in Korea! Jelly noodles, starch noodles, mung bean noodles you have to make yourself. I've never seen any of them in a restaurant, and of course there is nothing on the street like this at all. If I could live near this market I might be pretty content with life. I always say that! I do wonder if there are apartments near there. I have made jelly noodles myself, I even have that scraping tool... but I would like to be able to just go outside and find them!

Is there a reason why they put plastic in the bowl when preparing the noodles in china ?
@dawenfood2 күн бұрын
Great question! 😊 In China, placing a plastic bag in the bowl before preparing noodles serves a practical purpose. It prevents the food from coming into direct contact with the dish, reducing the need for thorough cleaning with detergents. Many people prefer to rinse dishes with water only, as detergent residue can pose potential health risks. By using a food-grade plastic bag, which is safe and heat-resistant, this issue is effectively avoided. These bags are specifically designed for food use, so they don’t release any harmful substances, even at high temperatures. Hope that clears things up! 👍🍜

Gracias por el vídeo,la comida tentadora háblame no veo que usen el queso allá es escaso?
@dawenfood8 ай бұрын
15:53 In fact, I have to try these pancakes because they are special in the way they are steamed. Before, I thought it was just dough. It looks delicious and special. 20:10 Can you tell me what this is and what flour it is made from? This is the first time I have seen this type of pasta. 25:39 The translation mentioned popcorn with rice. Is there rice like popcorn? Or was the translation inaccurate? Can this be popped with rice? This is strange. I thought it was just popcorn. 27:38 I hope this industry continues. In fact, it is dangerous when dealing with the machine and hot air pressure. I hope the workers are in good health. Always be in Allah care from any harm. 28:13 Is wheat also put in a popcorn machine? I didn't know that about rice and wheat. Does it taste like popcorn or does it have another flavour? I really want to try it. 30:39 In Egypt, a fruit seller could collapse 😂😂😂from this. This only applies to some fruits, such as bananas, figs, strawberries, and others 31:29 It is nice to see many types of mushrooms. In Egypt, it is not known and is not sold in the markets. There is only one recognized type. 33:15 I agree with you, my friend. The situation is really difficult, but everyone seems happy, and this is the characteristic of people of civilization (face with a smile). I hope that the difficult times pass peacefully for all of us. 41:05 This is the concept of satisfaction and contentment. This concept is what makes you feel comfortable. All professions are equally great in which they do not expose you to humiliation. The working hand is the most honorable hand, and it is the hand that is beloved to Allah . I hope that Allah will always bless them with abundant provision and contentment. As usual, I enjoyed this special and wonderful journey with you. Thank you, my friend, for sharing your videos with us, and I wish you continued success, may Allah protect you.

20:10 Ingredients: Pea starch, water (ratio of 1:6) 1. Pour 600 grams of water into a pot and bring to a boil over low heat. 2. Dilute 100 grams of pea starch with a small amount of water. 3. Pour the diluted pea starch into the pot while stirring continuously until no dry powder remains and the mixture becomes transparent. Turn off the heat. 4. Pour the mixture into a container and let it cool. 5. Drizzle some water on the cooled mixture and use a scraping tool to draw it into strips by circling around. 6. Place the strips into bowls, add various toppings, salt, chicken bouillon, monosodium glutamate, light soy sauce, vinegar, garlic water, homemade chili oil, and mustard oil for seasoning. Ready to serve.

25:39 "popcorn" is just a general term. In China, the ingredients for making popcorn can vary. Apart from the most common corn, they can also include white rice, earthy-colored wheat, brown fava beans, and more.
