I think your setup is acturlly good for gaming, you might won't belive it, my gaming setup for PayDay2 is only a Intel CPU and a 67% RK keyboard and a G502 mouse and lots of mods to reach only 45FPS when playing, I've learn that saving money is a really important thing to do.👍

Absolutely love that your setup used the Xbox Series S, it was my first upgrade to what i considered a setup in 2022. Eventually I saved money for a monitor and got the taste of 120 fps, and it changed everything. Meanwhile all of that i had been saving for a pc, which I built. Again, though, you should one day try building your own pc its so fun! (Also 5th grade covid, same here lol) Edit : i checked your channel and noticed your video thumbnail! You already made a HUGE difference in your setup! Pretty cool to see that one month from this video, you got a pc 🎉

I love this setup but here are some of the things that you should do to make it 10x better 1.get a matching color scheme with all the accessories like say the colors you want are blue black and white you would have say a blue keyboard with some white or black on it and a white or black mouse with blue rgb and also the pc should be the main colors that you go off of like say it has a white case with white or black parts and blue rgb to go with the mouse and make sure the headphones match too and I say these colors cus they match your mouse pad you have rn 2. Add some life to your desk like put some figures or like posters on your wall or desk the plant you have rn is boring add something you like to look at like a Lego you like or something that tells us something about you and what you like 3.get a pc and one very important thing about pcs and other tech like this is to do your research make sure that the specs are good and make sure that you know how to take care of it (clean,placement,airflow,etc) 4.get a better monitor if you think 120hz is good just think of what 240hz will be like and yes Ik you just got your new monitor so you don’t really need to worry about this but you know 5.cable management is important I didn’t see a lot of cords Wich is good but just make sure you can see any cords from any angle Yell that’s all I have rn I hope this will help you if you even see this but I hope the best for you and your channel

The reason your chrome book performed worse on your monitor is when you use your computer like that laptop has a screen and monitor is also a screen so when you use both even tho when one is only for background pictures its performance is usually set 70% to 30% if u did set the priority if u didnt set the priority it is 50%to50% or the monitor has a higher resolution hope this comment helped
