Fellow pile 3 here, you wont be able to move on from this person if you just scream. If some emotional tie is still in your heart, you will be coming to them again and again (mentally or physically). What helped me was just allowing and letting myself feel my emotions, so much crying and screaming into the pillow was present, but now almost a year after we broke up i almost dont feel any karmic ties to this person.
