Vibrations when accelerating! Installation Instructions AVS MINI Cooper S

Hello MiniManiacs!
After many years, finally an installation guide for the AVS-2013 (anti-vibration discs) for the 1st and 2nd gen MINI.
In this video I only go into the installation of the AVS (1st Gen) and not the reasons why the AVS are used. I will explain this in another very detailed video.
Nevertheless a small hint:
The AVS are used if you feel vibrations in the steering wheel or accelerator pedal after lowering your MINI.
Here the AVS can help! Hundreds of satisfied MINI drivers can't be wrong!
As always, I give you the necessary tools and torques as well as tips and tricks along the way.

Hola! Ich habe einen F54 und seit der Tieferlegung leider auch üble Vibrationen. Auch die Lösung von gigamot (Metallklammer um die Pendelstütze) brahte keine nennenswerte Besserung. Deine AVS wären meine letzte Rettung. Hast du zufällig noch welche ????

Hallo, bekomme in den nächsten Tagen eine neue Lieferung. Kann dir gerne auch ein Set zukommen lassen, mussnaber sagen, dass die AVS noch nie an einem F5x verbaut wurden und ich somit nicht weiß, ob die passen. Meine Email ist in der Kanalinfo und lass mir darüber deine Lieferadresse zukommen.
