Deburring Vibratory
Vibratory bowls are the most versatile and most cost effective types of mass finishing equipment available. They have the ability for aggressive burr removal along with providing pre-plate surface finishes without impingement.
Giant’s models are ideal for continuous process and high production of small to medium parts (powdered metal, stampings, castings) with cycle times of 5 to 30 minutes. I had seen one of these machines, made in Italy and it was a company that was in the north West of England, they charged me £40 per wheel, what an excellent job and no machine marks too, I considercd buying two of the machines and off the service, I was impressed with it that much!

vibratory finishing one day can finish 2 wheels. If your wheel is ceramic coated wheel then polishing only 20-30 minutes

I really liked the technique of polishing up these rims, good job done there, the beauty of using this method over the Hand polishing, is that this method does not leave polishing wheel marks behind, I had a company that did this in the past and now only polishing medical implants/ specialty products, I was interested in buying two of these machines but was put off with the near £10.000 each machine, I pay 40 pounds for each alloy wheel to be polished,
