Hello Ron. I would say 5 to 10 minutes. I put them in then while washing the base in the sink. I then put the base in my toaster oven (that's preheated at low temp) for a few minutes. I then start to rinse the parts as I take them out and dry them after I've remove the base from the oven. Polish if necessary.

Tnx so much, just retired a couple of years ago and am picking up some older vibroplex keys and refurbishing them to keep me busy. Looks like something I can really enjoy as I love CW and love the Vibroplex line of Vibrokeyers. I have a 1966 and 1968 model now and enjoying making them look good and putting them on the air. Again thank you for the helpful information...
