I nearly got a bs in Forestry resource management and then transferred to get a physical therapy degree, education is an extractive hoax. I've also noticed that people cannot distinguish between the words affect and effect. "Affect" is a term to describe causation of one thing toward another, when the word "effect" is the product that results from it. For example, the sentence: He was late for work, so this had a negative AFFECT on his paycheck. To use the term "effect" in the same scenario, would be used this way: His tardiness for showing up late for work EFFECTED a dock in his pay.

I have taught elementary school for 25+ years to 2nd, 4th and 5th graders and we always teach fact and opinion and that facts can be proven and opinions are not based on fact but on feelings.
