Maybe people are tired of the bad guys winning and the ones who take the L and don't deserve it are dead or never get the platform to speak. God never seems to punish those who deserve it more. Look at everyone who seems to come out on top it's the ones who don't deserve it. For Example: the Karadashians always get exposed for something distasteful and what do they get? A new season while they get to keep their following. The winner always get to rewrite history and reshape the narrative. When Bernie was a live he never worked with Steve after KOC so there's some truth to what's been noted about their history.
