This is why Toronto is a great city. Few will have the same, welcoming and thriving culture of diversity as Toronto. All metropolitan cities have a lot of multiculturalism, but there just seems to be something different about Toronto. I've been to a few of the world's biggest cities and it's definitely true. Most I know that have traveled through it feel the same.

the two green vegetable dishes you saw, are called fumbwa (wild spinach in peanut butter stew) and pondu (cassava leaves stew infused with lots of vegetables. Courgettes, aubergines, bell peppers, onions, garlic, leeks, celery and vegetable seasonings are typically used some ppl also include spring onions too). Very delicious when made right. The side dish (couldn’t tell what it was from the angle) is either called fufu, which is made from either semolina or corn flour or kwanga (fermented cassava which comes from a manioc plant) the rest, were fish and chicken, from what I saw.
