‘Vicious narcissists’: Douglas Murray rips into ‘eco loons’ after Stonehenge attack

Author Douglas Murray has slammed Just Stop Oil protestors' latest stunt, calling the activists "eco loons" after they attacked one of Britain’s most important archaeological sites.
Climate protesters in the south of England sprayed orange powder paint on the ancient monument, Stonehenge, after crossing over a small fence onto the prohibited grass where it stands.
“These eco-loons attacking one of Britain’s most important archaeological sites, it really tells you everything you need to know about a movement,” Mr Murray told Sky News host Rita Panahi.
“They are vicious narcissists, and they are desperately seeking for some sort of cause and they are trashing our history.”

The big problem for any politician is that with the working population decline, growth will not be possible for the foreseeable future and so living standards Will Fall, if they raise taxes or not. Somehow the middle-class needs to shrink, and production needs to shift from Quality of Life production to essentials. Drawing the parallel between those who desecrated Stonehenge and those who blew up ancient monuments in Iraq and Syria shouldn't be too difficult. Both are manifestations of insane religious movements. The climate fanatics are a religious movement and the solution is hardly to turn to ultra-conservative nationalists, even if they currently do have a valid point.
