VICKSBURG Civil War Museum Located In Downtown Vicksburg, Ms.

Charles Pendleton is the first African American to own a museum. Then to top it off, it’s in downtown Vicksburg ,Ms. Blacks weren’t even allowed to go to any shops downtown back in the day.
