I see people who have no body fat because they burn it off with the very best cardio workout ever. They are all lean dancing machines that are in love with the vibe and that mad love shows. If all these dancers jeep this up they could live to be 120 and still have great heart, lungs and joints. I wish wish wish I had found this as a teen. I'd still be slippin' and sliden' and get lost in the moves. Great videos.

Just love this style of dancing and I so wish I was still able to do it (am 81 years old!). Reminiscent of the Charleston and with other 20th Century styles added in, it is definitely a21st century style of dance. I love watching it!

I am brand new to the Electro Swing movement. I’m 53 years old and now thinking I want to take some Dance Classes, I hope to find some in my area. I started dancing (never with any training or classes) way back in 1982. I love to go to the clubs in the late 80’s and 90’s. I look forward to seeing in the 50+++ Year old me and keep up with the 18 year old me. I’m doubting it. But Vico, I love your footwork

Love watching electro swing dancers. I must admit, I am partial to the fedora wearing. I’ve seen some awesome videos of women in them as well. What can I say?
