Too much protein bone will cause polygel to pop off i learned the hard way when 3 hours worth of work started to pop off after washing dishes

Got my set today and whn o did it on my thumb I didn't clean it up good enough the base coat.wss missing so I had take off my nail til I get base coat in I think I wanna try molding it my self the ehal forms make ot smooth etc but its harder I think if I can mold onto tips or my real nail it be nice I got my kit but no base coat im ordering in tips n gel polish incase I don't like or can't do extentions ill have at least gel polish I love how it eries fast w uv light I have nice nail bed. But I'd like longer THANKS SO MUCH

Yess cutting the corners makes it so much easier to keep the tips on!!! Dual forms can be a bit more difficult, I definitely agree 💕

Yes! I actually prefer full cover tips. Ive been using half tips lately to cater to those who use them. I use full cover tips more often in my less recent videos :)

Not necessarily, I only use full cover tips made of soft gel because it makes removal easier. I would say they both last a while when they’re applied correctly :) Thanks for this question!

Hii 🥰 the primer/ protein bond is an extra step. It’s not necessary if you prep well (rough up nails, dehydrate, and base coat). But any primer can be used in place of the protein bond. Hope this helps!

No you typically dont need to wipe the base coat off, it’s meant to act as a layer off adhesive for long lasting nails 🥰

You actually don’t have to roughen up your nail tip because it will adhere just fine. In longhairprettynails videos she states this and I tried it myself and it seems to work just fine

Hii, it definitely saves time not having to rough up the tips. I wish that worked for me but Ive had a few times where I didn’t rough it up and the plastic tip seperated from the polygel. It’s the weirdest thing ever 😆 but for me personally, roughing them up works best
