I never understood why Die Rise gets an unfavourable rep compared to the other maps. It is such a unique map with a lot of verticality and a mysterious essence that gives it a lot of character. The Wonder Weapon is hilarious and great to use. I spent countless hours beating personal records with friends on it. Great memories.

What I never understood.... Why didnt Richtofen go back and kill himself BEFORE he teleported Maxis, Samantha and the Hellhound? Literally he could have shown up like 30 seconds before that and literally prevented the ENTIRETY of BO1 AND 2 since Samantha would never be sent to the moon, assume control and be told to kill everyone by her Father.

Because during the giant in bo3, primis richtofen already killed evil richtofen. This also created a fracture in the universe and timeline changing all sorts of events. The richtofen that died ended up becoming the zombiefied version you see in the comics. He actually plays a role of retrieving the victis blood to the same richtofen before the victis crew were placed in the cryo chambers for when they are needed next.

So it's cannon that Victis sided with Maxis right? I'm thinking a Zombies Chronicals 2 would follow Victis returning to Tranzit, Die Rise & Buried and correcting their mistake by siding with Richtofen. This entire season seems to be about "fixing" the Aether storyline, so it would only make sense that if Ultimus and Primus are fixing their mistakes, that Victis will right their wrong also to close all of these shattered cycles.

I think the dimension went into a slumber without all the souls to keep it awake, it does still have living people in it, Victis, after all. It’s like the beginning cutscene for mob of the dead, it starts off black and white like botd ending, but when the mobsters are about to die, the dimension awakens, and the color returns!

I love how elements from the bo1 and bo2 part of the storyline are being brought back and they’re actually important. Bo3 felt so out of touch from everything else that I saw myself losing interest, it was almost as if the events of bo2 didn’t even effect anything in bo3. But now everything is coming together and it’s exciting, I can’t wait to see how the soul of the post-buried Richtofen will change things.

Hey QKnight! ***RICHTOFEN THEORY*** RICHTOFEN with the scare will surely die! Reason for my theory, it's written in the kronorium know matter what happens in the end RICHTOFEN will succeed certain death. It's like (Seasame Street reference) having 5 cookies on a plate and someone took a cookie. Ernie took one, Bert found out and was upset with him. Ernie kept moving the 4 cookies any which way to make up for the cookie. NO MATTER WHAT, he still ended up with 4 cookies. This scenario with "RICHTOFEN" no matter how you look at it he's gonna die. The loading screen that has the "PRIMIS" crew, all were there except "RICHTOFEN" it was the "ALTIMIS" one in front of Dr. Monty's house with them ready to face off with Monty. Just like the "ORIGINS" crew switched in the loading screen showing them entering "ALCATRAZ" exactly like the same way in the comic picture! Trailer/cutscene shows them doing exactly the same thing walking thru the poster. WTF.....TREYARCH will end this "ZOMBIES" legacy with a bang. They've must of took some serious note right off the MCU format..... get ready for some pain people!

The Victus crew is great. Personally I didn’t care for Russman much, and though Stu was annoying but really appreciated how cool it was how he has a backstory that led him to be the only person to be able to hear Richtofen. I love Marlton’s character, even though many find him annoying. We always get a bunch of badass characters, or famous “co-stars”, so that never really allows for personality experimentation like they did with Marlton. I found his wit and knowledge a fun, refreshing combo. And Misty is great too. Sure she’s got her tits out, but who cares. She’s a girl and on a molten earth, it probably gets pretty sweaty. But I enjoy how other than her boobs out lmao, she fights the trope of the “girl” character. She can very much hold her own and that’s fun and different too. I know kind of a rant, but it’s not often in this community you get the opportunity to talk positively about Victus hahaha. I look forward to their playable return

I think they'll come back for DLC because I already have the voice actors at least three you can hear Marlton in Blood of the dead it's very rare but people talk about a very very little but if you play ball they're done enough you'll come across and here maybe a spirit of Marlton it sound like his voice but people don't really know it's in one of the cells I thought it was weird and maybe it was fake at one point one of my buddies told me but then when I went to it it sounded a lot like him so I don't know if they're dead eventually or dying slowly or I don't know but I hope they come back and we play as them in a future map that includes remasters and stuff like that.

BO1 is superior. Most of the time BO2 was too scattered with literally everything and it didn't have any real climax storywise on top it has more than one technical ending so It's not decisive for a story to begin to go off on afterwards.

What the hell is this comment section? The victis crew are possibly the worst of any treyarch zombies crew in terms of character and setting, not that there is anything wrong with liking them though, but you people liked the maps? BO2 zombies was an incredibly dissapointing experience at launch with gimmicky mechanics, little to no lore ingame, many characters barely having any personality at all and talking very little, uninspired grey map design and the worst crime treyarch has ever committed which dwarfs every other complaint: The permanent smokescreen that makes it difficult to see anything more than 6 feet ahead of you, i remember aiming for the glowing blue zombie eyes because it was the only fucking thing i could see. Having played zombies from WaW and every title onwards i can safely say that people need to take those fucking goggles off and understand that there is a reason we don't see much of this stuff anymore.
