@@arianaalvarez6579 It stands for diversity, equity, and inclusion. It is used to eliminate hiring based on merit, and instead hires on your immutable characteristics (skin color, race, sexuality). It also touts that all Western society is inherently racist, so minorities are unable to succeed in that environment. Keeping in mind that Asians, and South Asians statistically have higher household income than Whites. DEI removes accountability for your personal decisions by framing you as a victim of the system. It was obuma who started all of this DEI in the first place and lit up the Whitehouse in rainbow colors, which by the way he had NO right to do that as most of the country did NOT agree with his DEI policies. The company I was at started a mandatory diversity training program where they were basically saying we need to treat "these" people special and asked you to put up a rainbow card on your office to show support. I refused and stated that we are all professionals who were hired to do a job, and that was based on skill & talent NOT skin color or sexual preference.
@OperationFrigateBird6 күн бұрын
Obama stood on the shoulders of giants in the Marxist movement in this country. It is a movement that started in the 1920's in this country, but has it's roots even farther back than that. I think this **might** be a good example of what I mean: I was just doing a little bit of light reading on President Buchanan, the 1850's equivalent to Biden (both Democrats by the way). There were things he said that indicated a logic and thought pattern oh so similar to Marxists here and now. He was buried in a non-denominational cemetery in Pennsylvania, Woodward Hill Cemetary in Lancaster, to be exact. Being non-denominational back then was the closest to being a heretic that one dared to venture. This cemetery had only just opened maybe 10 years before, so this "non-denominational" notion was pretty new back then. Here is what the non-denominational church is today: kzbin.info/www/bejne/ep2Upopond1sbKM. Religious beliefs are something that don't tend to change much, even over thousands of years. What do ya recon the odds are that Buchanan was a prototypical communist in America? Just a thought.....

It does apply to private entities… 6 months ago a Coworkers daughter got a job as a shift worker at a restaurant; answering phones for take out, ordering inventory, handling take outs, etc. She told me her starting “salary” was $55k a year, and was only working 4 days at 8 hours a day. I said “how’s that possible?” She said I don’t know, but the kitchen help was being paid about $50k as well. Her daughter is black and the others are also minorities.I said they must be getting DEI money from the government to employ them. In December I asked how the restaurant was doing, she said “Good. They’re steady to busy”. This week she told me the owner called her daughter out of the blue to tell her that the restaurant is going to close in 7 days. He cited “financial difficulties. What you need to do is break the monopoly of faculty on tenure decisions. Bring other stakeholders into the process. They talk about "white privilege" but there is also "woke privilege" to consider. Your chances of tenure go way up if you toe the woke line. Try to get tenure at a leading university if you are a conservative. Oh, of course there are always the "token conservatives" here and there to keep up appearances. We need to get back to the idea of the university as a place where all viewpoints are ably and vocally represented. The genuine clash of ideas is very important for the generation of new knowledge. Many of our leading universities have become self-reinfocing groupthink enclaves. They need a good shakeup.

As a Brit, and firm believer that DEI has become an Orwellian nightmare in the hands of professional zealots and bigots, I think that for the President to blame DEI for a plane / Helicopter collision in advance of the NTSB report is extremely premature and deeply unhelpful and based on opinion rather than fact. That said, the NTSB report should absolutely feel free to include ALL relevant facts of this terrible incident without fear of favour. Lastly, it wasn't an accident, it appears to have been human error and people need to be held to account. My thoughts are with all those affected by this tragic loss of life.

They've completed the "long march through the institutions" and have ideologically captured nearly all the schools, colleges, government agencies, and corporate board rooms. They were able to do this because Americans are deliberately not taught about the insidious nature of marxism. Americans essentially became complacent. We took our freedom for granted. Our constitutional rights won't defend us if we don't defend the constitution. They were able to achieve this by convincing us they didn't exist. For the past 6 years I've been telling everyone about these activist neo marxists and how they took over all the positions of power, and i was told I'm a conspiracy theorist. "There is no cultural revolution happening. You're over exaggerating." Remember, "the greatest trick the Devil ever pulled was convincing the world he didn’t exist”-Charles ~Baudelaire “The second greatest trick the Devil ever pulled was convincing the world he is the good guy”-~Ken Ammi

Let’s not forget that under Mao’s Cultural Revolution, He focused on the children. He knew that the way to take over a people/government is through the children. I pray that President Trump holds all educational institutions accountable from kindergarten-college.
