Unfortunately the black backing to my is really stuck on there and Im at a loss of how to get it apart.

A minute after posting this. I really didn't want to bang it but I thought "Man, I guess I'll buy another one if I ruin it." Thankfully the black backing protrudes from the metal frame ever so slightly. So I banged it around the edges and pushed with all my might and it just popped off.

Where can I get the insulators and the diaphragm along the rubber, what’s it called exactly ?
