Jorge my wifi will not connect any suggestions how to fix this?

On this victor, reader, stratus device, what you need to do is power off the victor reader, then press and hold the up down and right arrow while you’re pressing and holding those then press and hold power button till it turns on once you hear the beep you let go of the power button Then the diagnostics menu will come up you will press factory reset you can find that option by using either the up or down arrows. @@douggemmill3497 when you are using the up down arrows to cycle through the menu, you will use the place stop button to select your choice to activate the menu press and hold the info button in the middle of the four arrows. What else can I achieve for you today?
