However, all funding is provided by Redbull, and Redbull is the only reason all these b-boys have this opportunity. I get that Gravity is making money and that his choice can't have an effect on the outcomes of his battles, but it's still a sign of disrespect.

I think as a judge, they have watched all other battles that night, so they will notice if bboys have repeated their routines against other bboys. Also Gravity's rounds were very short and probably a little power heavy. That's probably why Neguin voted for Gravity, cuz he probably favors power more than the other judges.
