With cap breakers do you get the badges , say gold handle for days , on 92 ball handle and I get it to 97 do I get legend ball handle badge?

yeah if you have 88 and cap break it to 90 you unlock gold handles for days and you just have to grind the badge from silver to gold or hof to legend or whatever tier you unlocked
