In fact Azarenka lost this match according to official tennis rules. She only won this match, because umpire of this match was completely braindead and couldn't apply the rules same way to both players. This braindead chair umpire only to Azarenka awarded points for her winners and Ostapenko's unforced errors, but this braindead chair umpire didn't award points to Ostapenko for her winners and Azarenka's unforced errors. This umpire is idiot. Ostapenko haven't won even once with this braindead chair umpire. J. Kjendlie must go and find new job, because she isn't fit to officiate any match. No tennis player should win a match, because of umpire. All umpires must be neutral. This umpire was paid by delusional bookmakers, that's why Ostapenko lost this match. Bookmakers were afraid that they will lose their money, so they cheated and paid this umpire a money, so that this umpire called the lines and awarded points so that Azarenka won this match.

Azarenka utilizes her experience and court smarts . She has great anticipation and redirects fast shots very well. With only fast balls, ostpenko is less of a puzzle for Azarenka....

Let us remember who Vikka IS. This was the ONLY opponent of SERENA, who elicited applause from Oracene Price, SERENA'S Mom, during a US OPEN slugfest between SERENA and VIKKA. Vikka is RELENTLESS and the GAME to back it up! It's 2024 and here is VIKKA STILL KICKING IT. I SO wish the GOAT PAR EXCELLENCE, SERENA had lost weight after giving birth to Olympia. She made 3 MAJOR finals,but her weight stood in the way.

Vika is never an easy opponent for big hitter because she can match their energy plus she's also quick. You need to either really blew her away or craftily deceived her to win points. Ostapenko always shooting winners left and right, but the errors indeed get to her. Plus....that serve, she hits winners like Sharapova but served like she's some doubles players with first serve barely hitting 160 km/h

Honestly, I saw the whole match on tennis channel and both Azarenka and Ostapenko were playing at a really high level not only the entire match but in their prior matches I saw throughout the tournament, especially Ostapenko. She lost this match, but if she keeps up the great groundstrokes and improved movement, I could see her being a great contender among the other popular choices for major titles this year.

Ostapenko is definitely a great ball striker. When she is on, she is unstoppable. Problem is her fitness. She's already strong and all that but if she can improve her fitness, she'll definitely be a force to be reckoned with.
