I was looking at these lipsticks ever since I saw them but I Was hesitating. As soon as I saw Fringe on you I paused and ordered it. I also got the cream eyeshadow in Onyx. I am fair with highly pigmented lips, I will likely pick up Girl and Pixi. I don’t wear a lot of makeup and lighter lip colors are more my comfort zone. Pixi looks stunning on you Michele, personally I think it has enough pigment and does not come across like concealer lips. Thank you for the lip swatches!❤️

You and I are in the exact same comfort zone! I have about a million pinky-peachy-nude glosses/lipsticks/liners and I don’t think I’ll ever deviate from that combo. I’ve been a nude lip gal since my teens, they just make me happy! (Girl and Pixi are the same two shades I have in my VB cart) 🙃🖤 xx

Thank you so much for lip swatches! I know they're not easy on your lips, but seeing the shades on really make a difference. VB actually does a nice job showing the shades on a variety of models, but it's always good to see them "live". I was surprised that I found myself struggling to figure out what to get. I'm trying to do a better job of not buying a crapton of items that I'll never wear. Honestly, I think a lot of my struggle came from these launching on the same day as Lisa Eldridge's latest drop. Trying to get excited over finding one or two good nudes from VB kind of paled in comparison to amazing new shades of a lipstick I already know I love and new glosses from a brand I love. That said, will likely pick up Spice and Pout after seeing your video.

Thanks Michele! Can't wait to try, on camera spice looks great. I really like the lip stain in bitten. It really keeps my dry lips moisturized, never tasted as I wait for the color to sink into lips almost like a treatment. As a dry lips gal, I really appreciate the help w hyaluronic acid annd other good stuff to keep lips in good condition w staying power and feels uber luxe. I had bought Elaluz lip stain just before VB released the her new one and will have to wait to buy. Thanks for sharing!

I got pose, pixi and sway. I love them all. 🥰 I’ve been applying pose on my full lip and adding just a touch of pixi in the center. I actually loved the way pixi looked on you! I also really like sway, because it is a neutral pink-beige tone. The formula is perfection. My only complaint is I had to decant pixi because the tube broke. It would twist up without staying in the tube, and wouldn’t click shut. 😢

Lovely review. A lot of the MLLB shades tend to pull brown on me but Prose looks like a contender. Considering Pout and Sway too. Beautiful look today, Michelle. From the eyes, complexion colors to the blouse ! And there wasn't an awful color in all the 5 you picked up. By chance I was also watching Andrea Ali and she mentioned a small French brand called La Bouche Rouge. The highlighter looked terrific on her cheeks and eyes. There is no plastic involved in the packaging, the product is replaceable, and the highlighter comes in a little leather pouch made from the waste (!) of Hermes bags! It's the closest to an Hermes bag I'll ever see! It appears they have worldwide shipping, but it's also available at a few select stores in the States, so I may just call one of them and have it shipped from NYC. Check it out!
