My favourite neighbourhood I have ever lived in was Fernwood. If I ever move back to Victoria, that is where I would like to live. I also like Hillside Quadra Village

What would you recommend while moving to Victoria with 2 dogs, any specific neighbourhood that might be more pet friendly?

Hi Blue Moon. Thats a great question. What type of dogs do you have? I have two samoyeds who require a lot of off leash activity. There are certain neigbourhoods that provide closer access for better off leash options. Those would include West Saanich, Mt. Doug, and many other parts of Saanich and even Langford around Thetis Lake. Feel free to email/give me a call if you'd like to chat in more detail.

Depending on how close you’d like to be to either the airport or the hospital my recommendation would be to look at some thing in either Royal Oak or Cordova Bay. Hey there, Thanks for your comment. I specialize in Real Estate sales, so unfortunately do not have any information regrading rentals. I would recommend looking into the rental section of Facebook marketplace, Craigslist and Used Victoria as they are where most are posted. I would also recommend reaching out to UVic's student services for recommendations. Best of luck in you search!
