Hi, if you had submitted an ROI for the Subclass 190 visa in the 2022-23 program and weren't selected, there's no need to resubmit an ROI unless your information has changed. If you submitted a subclass 491 ROI in 2022-23 and were not selected, you will need to submit a new ROI if you are still eligible.
