I love this figure it looks amazing just a few question What happens in regards to it breaking are they replacing it, do they all break like this is it true its soon being discontinued as I really want kne but can't afford it yet as has to put money towards the dobby one at Christmas is the mandrake one going to be sold in the uk

Hi Victoria I think this figurine looks amazing I’m so sorry that the hand broken off, I hope you get a new one as soon as possible. The only thing I’d say is the robe it’s nice don’t get me wrong but it reminds me of a doll, but the clothing underneath the robe looks amazing so if I owned this I would if possible take the robe off that’s my opinion haha and have him wearing his jumper and trousers etc./ I mean on second thoughts to be fair the robe is actually quite nice it goes with his scarf and broom stick, but if he was just holding a wand and Hedwig was nearby I’d take the robe off. But thank you for another amazing video Victoria ⚡️❤️💛💙💚⚡️

That's a shame, but perhaps a blessing as they now have a heads up before it happens to others? I think it looks amazing, I do wish they had chosen a matte fabric for the robe, though. The shiny one looks a bit like Halloween costume fabric.

He looks nothing like Harry in my opinion (at least from what I can see in the video)... Too soft in the face, haircolor too light (also poor choice of fabric for the cloak)... It may be because I am watching on my phone, but can it be, that they even forgot to paint his scar and the frame of his glasses?

Oh no!!! How devastating it is to get something so nice for it to break. Bradford Exchange is a really great company so I'm sure they will work it all out. Everything was done so well and it's a beautiful figurine. The accessories are top-notch for sure. The only thing that I don't like is Harry's robe. It should have been made with a different material. The robes aren't shiny and that looks like a silky thin material. It should have been made with a flat-colored material. Not sure if they did that to make it stand out more? Speaking of wearable items, is that top from the Ordinary Owl? They got a few new pieces of merch for Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes and Honeydukes that are so nice. I have a Boney Pony zippered hoody from them that I love. I wear it all the time.
