Its the only way you'll ever learn 2020s SCHOOL TEACHER: The cane and dunce hats are a form of physical and psychological torture now i cant do nothing if my students attempt to hit me, backchat me or their grades are poor and getting steadily worse. Somewhere over the last 150 years Schooling became unruly and dumbed down.

Imo, kids shouldn't be punished for making mistakes in their works or doing minor things like fidgeting and coughing. But for severe offenses like causing physical harms or attempting to do so deserve more severe punishments though.
