Unfortunately once you spot that the traffic repeats on a rather short loop, the effect is a bit lost. Anyway, I do rather like this because in 1967 I worked in an office building which has exactly this view! It was high up in what used to be "County Hall", the headquarters of the Greater London Council. But we were too hard working to stand and look out of the window. And there wasn't a Victorian desk anywhere in the office!
