♥Beautiful house that has so many original features. More houses should have remained the way they were meant to be when built. It's sad to see that it's no longer in the best of condition but I'm pretty sure that the right person could restore it before it gets much worse.

Beautiful home! With some repair and a new roof that would be a nice home again. If I had money I’d do it. They don’t build them like that anymore. Character and craftsmanship. Really beautiful.

While the house is victorian, it's such a shame that subsequent occupiers have stripped it of its identity in such a cheap, nasty way. The victorians of the 1870s didn't paint woodwork, ceiling roses and cornices would have been vibrant colours and floors would have been solid wood with rugs, they liked coloured glass in some windows, the kitchen floor would have been tiled, there would have ornate fireplaces in cast iron, with marble or wood surrounds. It's criminal how we ruin these old houses.
