you DO NOT want to oil pull if you have FILLINGS (metal) as it leaches the metal into your blood stream i've been told.

Baking soda should only be used 2 to 3x a week as it strips your enamel & heighten sensativity. Be careful. But yes gr8 to mix with products to enhance whitening.

you are so right. It happened to me that my gums became very sore from using the baking soda. I used it every morning, and soon I felt very sensitive in my mouth.

Great Suggestions! I have a Holistic Dr. an he said we should oil pull, then brush & rinse with baking soda and sea salt, then I brush with Tom's Toothpaste (no fluoride) then I use the activated charcoal (once a week aswell) lastly I floss and rinse 😁

Brush then floss, brushing you might leave micro particles flossing will bring it out. The dental hygienist always floss last as well.

@@DaLane4real yes they do floss last n wen I get home I brush again. It jus feel nasty to me to brush my teeth, then floss wit all that mess kumn out giving me a bad taste. Rinse don't solve it for me. Floss, brush, rinse

As good as baking soda is for whitening, it is not good for your enamel, as it is an abrasive! Once in a while is probably ok but not everyday.

Doing this ASAP! I’m ALWAYS looking for ways to achieve a whiter smile. Do you use any mouthwash daily besides the oil pull? If so, what’s your favorite? Btw, how is getting back into modeling coming along? I watched a LIVE video a while back and I remember you mentioning it. Much love from Virginia Beach ❤️❤️❤️

I love oil pulling! It heals the mouth sores I get from my braces within 24 hours! The first time it happened I thought I was crazy. I felt my tongue around looking for a bump on my cheek that seemed to disappear in thin air LOL I’m also starting to experiment with activated charcoal. It’s kinda weird but it’s effective 👌🏾
