American here. Yes, a baked potato as a meal is very normal. My favorite is baked potato with bbq on top, butter, cheese and onion. Lots of people also like chili on a baked potato or even a roast with brown gravy!

We eat loaded backed potatoes, like the one you had, for a meal in the south. Loaded backed potato bar at a party is very popular where I live.

I stayed in the same hotel as you did, I had no idea what the screaming was at first. We ate at the Chinese buffet next to the hotel. You need to try the waffles in the Disney Café in Primark, I'm not a fan of waffles but I love them.

They can be, I wear more dresses now. I always use the stall that’s furthest away if I’m wearing a playsuit as they have big gaps in the doors in restrooms in Disney 🙈 that way there won’t be anyone standing outside the door when you have to take the playsuit off 😂

Probably not as common on menus. But I have seen them here and there. I work in food service at cafeterias in businesses and that’s a popular lunch offer.

@@VictoriaWitt Jason’s Deli and McAlister’s are 2 chains that have them on their menus. Not sure if either of those are in FL, I’m in the Midwest. We also have a local bbq restaurant that has them stuffed with brisket!
