playing cool seeing how excited Ryan is about his new land you can tell he has thought about this move for a long time. this project will be a new chapter in his life. many who were in his position might just sit back and enjoy the fruits of the success they have, but Ryan is truly driven to build and grow his business. I'm willing to bet even after this new project is up and running we will still tune in to his channel and see him out at 4 am plowing and salting on cold winter morning or puddling concreate in 90 degree heat.

Im a landscaper. I have done a few paver and flagstone pathways. One thing that baffles me about victory is how good they are at making it level. I put the strings out and everything. And it always is a challenge for me lol they make this look to easy honestly. People.... Its not! I promise you. Just getting everything level and pitched appropriately and making sure to keep it that way during the construction process is impressive in itself

Don't be embarrassed to clarify things. Whether you're the boss, or the employee... I've learned to ask questions, and make sure I know specifically what someone wants. If you assume things, you're just setting yourself up for failure. Then, even still, sometimes signals get crossed or "breakdowns in communication" occur. It's just part of being human.

I would probably get the new yard ready to go throughout the year and over the winter then move before your season next year. If you can easily afford rent for both, it would be so much easier. Just moving everything over will be a big chore, especially if you plan on building a new place for your salt. That's just my 2 cents anyways. It'd be much easier to get that move done over the winter when you've got the time.
