@camarors89923 ай бұрын
I understand putting the blade behind you in tight or technical spots, but as a general rule you should always dig with the blade in front of you. The machine will be more stable, and there will be less stress on the drives as well.
@markbach20853 ай бұрын
All depends on the type of ground you’re digging through. If it’s very rocky the blade in front helps you not drag yourself forward. The blade behind you for super hard ground will help you able to carve through it without lifting up the tracks over and over. Sure nice and easy ground the blade behind you helps you dig closer and have better vision.

Im a flooring guy and I try to retain everything my current boss does for me, my previous boss was doing the same. I hate to say it for myself but my old boss was more of a friend and I took advantage of that and I got lazy, you gutta be more stern and it took me awhile to learn that now I got more respect for my boss because he rips me a new one if I’m making simple mistakes and stuff he’s already taught me. They are good guys and got the potential but I’m no boss or foreman but a fishing trip payed ? I wish my boss did that for us. We don’t hear good job because it’ll go to our head and that’s just his way of thinking. Trust me it’s nice hearing you’ve done a good job but raises also got to my head and bossman taught me a lesson after that. I mean for my situation it’s more to it he’s helped me though my addiction but he isn’t my friend he’s my boss and it needs to stay that way, you can be friendly and the cool boss but they need to respect you more. Ryan you need to realize that theses guys aren't you and dont want to have to be "on" all day every day, even on their days off. Being on camera is natural for you. You thrive on it, because you've become a celebrity and it pays you very well, but these guys don't want to be in a production 24/7, its stressful because they cant just relax and have fun.
