Ever since i got into the hobby (Airfix products) many years ago i developed the habit of ritually washing all sprues and figures with a toothbrush and a mild detergent solution followed by a rince in warm water. This removed any traces of mould release agents from the figures and paint adherence was never an issue after that.

Nice detail on the little buggers. I agree, they look to be closer to 10mm but that shouldn't make much difference. Thanks for the detailed look at the sprues

I'm glad your painting them and not me to small for my eyes but from what I can make out they do look really detailed for 12mm. Take care Terry

Always wash sprues in warm soapy water to remove the molding release agent. Do this for all plastic kits

Think it might have been both humid when you sprayed and the plastic needs a soapy bath

Would these be size comparable with your printed 1/144 ww2 vehicles?
@PaintGlue Жыл бұрын
yes, I think so, that's what I got them for and I think a few other customers use these as well

sad that they are only 12mm scale. i would have loved to use them for warhammer 40k

They look nice, rather small for flames of war 15mm.. i suggest painting them on the sprues so you don t lose them.😁😂👍

They remind me of pontoon bridge set which had back in the 1970's , i think this scale works for ww2 as their is not much details to pick out opposed to napoleonics which fails miserably at this scale
