0:55 - I literally laughed out loud. That's awesome. I don't normally see the use of jack handles in the repair studio gear - but there it is, as it were. Nice practical solution. Very nice.

Or you can take the reel table off the front (take out the three Phillips head screws) and reach in with a 5/64” Allen wrench. Loosen both set screws just a little and pull or push the reel hub where needed and re-tighten. You don’t have to take the side plates off for this.

You need the reel table on the deck to perform this process so you can check the height alignment while the deck is operating. From the factory, these decks had the height set for plastic 7" reels because they are thicker than metal ones.
