Vidal Sassoon 1600 Review

I got this thing way back in at least the mid-early 90's. It's been dropped I don't know how many times (I've moved at least a dozen times since I first owned this thing). It still works and works amazingly well. Like I do with all hair dryers (haven't used much other than this one) if I use it on "hot" I always put it to "cold" for a good 30 seconds or so after use and almost always literally hear a click of a breaker inside the machine or something. I think that's a huge reason why this thing still works.
I've had many of these that would just die relatively quickly until I somehow noticed the click sound after I ran it on cold for a few this one time and have been doing it ever since. So I'm not sure if running it on cold, to cool it down, helped or not but there's no reason to stop now.
