You have to take a shuttle from the Estates to get to the beach. It's about a 15 minute journey from the Estates.

I'm not sure exactly. My guess would be 40% complete. The first theme park is still under construction. They are expected to start construction on two more theme parks, more resort buildings and most likely extending the gondola to Empire Reserve on the beach (Empire Reserve construction to begin late 2024 -Early 2025)
