I have tried it currently for a few months. It is so hit and miss. I have just requested a new editor. It's probably not worth it since I am a fast editor and they often miss things and are not as good at following directions and copying my style. I just request the FCP project file and edit it again anyway. So I dont know if it's worth it. I edit with the color correction since they can't really do Slog 3 LUTS I provide them to covert it. I do sound design then send it to them and it still is not that great and usually takes 3 days for a first draft.

Sorry to hear! My experience has been better, but I could see it being frustrating if you're a skilled, fast editor. I think their service is more designed for people who can't (or don't want to learn to) do it on their own.
