HERE WE HAVE ON TRIAL TEST IN ITS RAW STATE OUR NEWLY FABRICATED UPRATED SOIL / WASTE SCREENER.WE HAVE ADDED ANOTHER PAIR OF SPRINGS TO MAKE THE TOP SCREEN EVEN MORE H/DUTY ALLOWING MORE WEIGHT.
WEVE ALSO MADE OUR OWN HEAVIER AGITATOR FOR THE SHAKE ON A VERY STURDY 40MM SOLID STEEL ROD THIS NOW ALLOWS FOR THE AGITATOR TO BE AIR-COOLED RATHER THAN OIL- BATHED IN A HOUSING ,THIS ALLOWS LONGER PERIOD OF USE AS COOL DOWN IS NOT NEEDED,ALSO THIS SYSTEM RUNS EVEN QUIETER & SMOOTHER THAN PREVIOUS MODELS. OUR OWN AGITATOR METHOD ALSO GIVES AN EVEN SHAKE OVER THE WHOLE SCREEN.
WEVE ALSO ADDED A PAIR OF DETACHABLE FLIPPERS ( SEE OTHER VIDEO) THIS CAN HOLD THE MATERIAL ON THE SCREEN LONGER ,GREAT FOR CLAY SOILS, TURF ,COMPOST,DIRTY STONE ETC.
THIS SCREENER IS IN ITS RAW TEST RUN STATE ,THEY WILL ALL COME PAINTED ,ENGINE STONE PROTECTION ,DRIVE BELT PROTECTION DETACHABLE HOPPER FOR INSTANT BAGGING-UP ETC.

Now if you want to separate the wood from the rocks, I'll tell you how easy it is. Just drop your bucket full into a pool of water and skim off the wood.

Seems like a waste of time, letting the dirt overflow... since there is still stones in it after screening what happens with it now? Cant sell it as compost or topsoil? Or do you screen it even more?

your springs need to be vertical for best use...

I would guess that not vertical but paralell to the direction of movement of the vibrating screen would be best use. But i am just a small fry.
