የልጆችን ጤናማ እና ፈጣን የአእምሮ እድገት ለማምጣትም ሆነ ለወደፊት ህይወታቸውም ጠንካራ መሰረት እንዲኖራቸው የመጀመሪያዎቹ አምስት አመታት ወሳኝ ናቸው። ስለዚህ ለዚህ የዕድሜ ክልል ተገቢውን ትኩረት በመስጠት ልጆችን እንደየእድሜአቸው ሁኔታ የተለያዩ ነገሮችን እንዲያከናውኑ መርዳት የአእምሮ እድገትን ከማፋጠኑ በተጨማሪ እንደ "Speech Delay" ያሉ የ "Disability" አይነቶችንም ለመቀነስ ይረዳል።
