The largest and most beautiful Festival outside India of Srila Gurudeva was organized in 2005 by the Bhakti Holland Society in the Kijkduin Park in The Hague. It took place from 8 to 15 July 2005. The park was largely rented for national and international devotees who came from all over the world. The festival was all about LOVE, PEACE and HARMONY. Hence the name "The Way of Love" festival 2005. Srila Gurudeva came to give the Highest Wealth to everyone unconditionally.
During the festival, in addition to the lectures of Srila Gurudeva and the Ratha Yatra, there were many stands and also various stage programs such as classical dance and music groups (kirtan, pop, reggae, rock). The public could participate in yoga workshops, dance workshops and self-defense workshops. The big trendsetter at the festival was the music group Visnu tattva from the Czech Republic.
We thank Srila Gurudeva for giving us the grace to serve him here in the Netherlands. He was very pleased with the festival.
