Have used it only about half a doozen times but so far no quality issues. I bought it thinking I would not use it much but have already used it more then I thought.

Thanks! Worked like a charm first time out. Actually it worked a little too good. I was only thinking of using the awning room for rainy days or for when the BUGS are out BUT it was so nice it may go up way more than I expected.

is that a separate awning you used to attach to the room? Or, is that a flap included with the room that can be lifted to use as an awning?

Yes it is a flap that is attached to the room that can be used as an awning for shade.
