As per sec 231- In Complaint case (Exclusively triable by CoS), magistrate furnish statements & documents to the accused, and then As per sec 232 - Commits it to the CoS. Now, which section deals with Complaint case (Not exclusively Triable by CoS), in which magistrate furnish statements & Documents to the accused .........Sec 227(4) only talks about copy of complaint.
