Do you have Quicktime installed? You probably want to ask Vernier. They are very responsive to customers/students.

Do you have QuickTime installed correctly? Try viewing the video with QT (not LPro). You may need to ask Vernier if you're not able to figure it out. Send them a message with your video.

Yes I did check QuickTime.. also I tried in different emulated Windows versions. I also tried converting to avi
