That is cool. That is the type of slots I was used to. I worked at Celebrity Sports Center , in Denver and they had 3 great tracks downstairs.

We'll be moving to Central Florida (East Coast) in a couple of months from Miami. Looking forward to visiting. I have a nice collection of vintage soir cars.

Nice race. Looks like an Engleman style track

I used to run my Cox slot car when I was a kid 50 years ago. I get why it's fun to race them. But it's obvious why not many want to watch this competition: It's so ridiculously fast, that few people can visually keep up with what's happening.

These are relatively slow slot cars.

@drgruber57 me too on the Cox cars 50+ years ago. As @TerriandMickBrown referenced, here's just one example of some faster cars (*not dissing this footage.....if I understand correctly it's just different classes of cars): kzbin.info/www/bejne/qoXJh4SseMhnf9Usi=8HoZivALZyPt3-re&t=113

@@fullscanproductions Yes, the "wing" slot cars are an entirely different type of scale model racing. The cars in the Sebring Slot Cars video are closer to what we would call "production" style scale racing cars.
