Tamani transferred to Missouri's Kansas City Zoo in 2015. Ajani transferred to Wichita's Sedgwick County Zoo (Kansas) in 2018.

@leopold salzer I was there today and they have a very large enclosure. And @c.c. wellman why do you say that? they seemed pretty happy to me. one of them was rolling around in his little pond and playing in the water. Another one was snacking. They didn't seem upset to me.

These elephants have only known captivity, and so when they can accomplish a small-scale natural feat such as this, I applaud them.

You idiot, zoos protect elephants and all animals from extinction and hunting. It is enough that they live better in zoos.

Hmm......male elephants tend to lead solitary lives in the wild. They will be fighting in a few years time. Dreadful idea.
