In terms of restrooms, go to the closest Starbucks nearby if you can. Also, another option and tbh, idk about L.A. areas specifically, but you can always try the closest Kohl's too. Idk about anyone else's, but from my personal experiences, Kohl's tends to have the cleanest bathrooms and 1 of the ones I used once was not just super clean, it smelled super good to me & tbh, that's saying a lot for a public restroom. I was at Kohl's for diff. reasons, but really needed to use the restroom and was impressed at how clean it was compared to other clothing stores kinda nearby-ish.
