Video fireplace using a TV monitor

Converting an electric fireplace with a Video fireplace.
Using an inexpensive monitor/TV rather than the fake electric insert makes a far better natural looking fire including crackling sound. In addition, with a monitor we can display anything like an Aquarium, family pictures, music or whatever. Very simple to do. KZbin has an multitude of fireplace videos to pick from. I play one TV direct from KZbin (Smart TV) and the other from a small Digital Media Player with recorded fire on SD cards.
